Hi mums! Im 23weeks pregnant. I been eating solid food.. But im having watery poo past three days.. is that normal? Anyone experience this?
Should i update my gynae?
Sometimes we can still get diarrhoea. Could be an upset stomach.. I had it a few times during pregnancy 😅 As long as you’re well hydrated, you should be okay. Please avoid spicy food/dairy (milk) products for 2 weeks.
