New Mom & adapating.

Im a new mom.. I gave birth almost a month ago. Try to adapt all the sleepless night. But i dont feel connected to outside world during after my confinement. Sad & angry always in me. Any new moms feel that way?

I feel you. I was like this too. You may be having postpartum depression. Try to talk to your husband and family about your feelings

34weeks pregnant

I am 34weeks preg. I have two night of constipation & nauseous at night.. feel pulling sensation like a period pain.. Am i having labour sign? Should i call the 24hr delivery hotline? Its my 1st pregnancy and im unsure.

23 WEEKS PREGNANT.

Hi mums! Im 23weeks pregnant. I been eating solid food.. But im having watery poo past three days.. is that normal? Anyone experience this? Should i update my gynae?

Sometimes we can still get diarrhoea. Could be an upset stomach.. I had it a few times during pregnancy 😅 As long as you’re well hydrated, you should be okay. Please avoid spicy food/dairy (milk) products for 2 weeks.

Im 20weeks pregnant. May i know if its safe to take strepsil for sore throat? Or is there any other medication or natural medication? Ive been eating so much sweet mangoes,that i feel very heaty & throat pain.

Yes but be sure to eat in moderation. If you’re worried, just go doc, tell them you’re pregnant and ask for lozenges. Drink plenty of water as well.
