Nausea while brushing teeth

Hi mums, I am currently 11 weeks and since last week brushing teeth triggers really bad nausea for me, this morning it was so bad I actually vomited. Now I really dread brushing every morning and night :( Anyone here has similar experience and can share some tips? TIA.

happened to me too! unfortunately I can't give any advice on how to make it better, but it got better for me from 17 weeks onwards
