Actually.. nothing really. Even alcohol can be consumed. Just consume after your feeding/pump and few hours before your next feeding/pump (Unless baby latches every 1-2 hours then avoid.) The rest (eg spicy, sweet or fried food - too much may cause your milk to clog, leading to mastitis) just eat in moderation. I’m an EP mum but I don’t avoid coffee/tea 😹 I even drank them while I pump. I don’t drink alcohol at all so this didn’t affect me.
I DID NOT have seafood except fish, ginger, cold drinks, ice creams, junk food, less salt, less sugar, less msg, no caffeine, no alcohol. I strictly have confinement food and all are to prep hot/warm. This is for 44 days confinement.
