Hi mummy, What will you all do if doctor say your baby is small when you are in 20 weeks. But baby don't really want to eat much. So is it normal if baby is small

Your meaning is you are in 20 weeks pregnancy and your baby is small inside your belly? Or your baby is 20 weeks old (5 months old) after born?
