Week 5 Day 1 - Baby sac only

Hi Mummy, I scheduled my 1st appointment so soon because I found out that I’m pregnant & have occasionally spotting. But it has stopped for 3 days before seeing my gynae. So yesterday, I still went ahead to see my gynae and found the baby sac to be week 5 Day 1. No yolk sac or fetal pole. Doc also found out that my left fallopian tube has something growing. She wasn’t sure if thats another sac? Has anyone encounter or had heard this before? I’m so lost & worried. Thanks
