Calcium supplements for mummy

Any mummy can recommend calcium supplements for adults? I can feel my bones are getting weak and cold..

can just buy generic calcium tablets to eat. remember to eat vit d too, it helps our body absorb the calcium better. have been doing so from week 24 of pregnancy on gynea advice. am still doing so, as my bb is on full breast milk. hope that helps
