Need help!

Hello Mummy! In need of advice , gave birth on Aug. And after birth my lochia lasted 2 months+ then after it stopped. I tends to have spotting on & off (can be just a day, an hour or even few mins) alternate days. It’s not menses, is it even normal for FTM to experience this? There’s no pain or anything. Just feeling abnormal over this.
