Stopping milk supply

Hey mummy’s I wanna stop breastfeeding but I’m not sure how to dry up or stop my milk supply any tips? I had think of a guy by only latching baby at morning once and I go off without latching her and let her drink formula thru out the day then empty my breast again at night by latching her once then repeat will that stop my milk supply?
