Hello Mummy, can I understand what is a binder for ? Is it for csec or normal delivery? When to wear

hi there! not entirely sure abt other hosp but after my csect, the nurses help me put on the binder a day after and it was provided by the hosp. i also read that a mummy from KKH was told to get one from the pharmacy (so i think btr prepare one if youre getting a csect)
