Since it’s prescribed by the doctor then it should be safe for the baby. My baby also went about 5 days without pooping and that time he was given a rectal suppository.

You rather listen to non medical professionals mommies than doctor…??? Just follow and listen to your doctor instructions 😓

If it’s prescribed, yes. But if you don’t wanna give baby medicine, can try giving probiotics to see if it helps first.
