Suspected colic to my newborn

Hi Mummies, Need help. I am suspecting that my newborn has colic. He is 13 days old and he cries incessantly when he is not latching. Nothing seems to comfort him. Is that colic ? Any mummies experienced this ? What can I do to soothe the baby and how long will it last ? Any help is appreciated 🙏
