Ribcage Hurting/Aching

Hi mummies, Im in the beginning of my 3rd tri. I've been feeling pains below the boobs area & i read that the pain & soreness is caused by pressure from the top of the growing uterus as well as baby kicking & punching that area. What do you do to help relief the pain?
