Baby skin matters

Hello mummies, I need help! My baby is 32 days old. I used cetaphil for the past 1-2 wk after birth for bathing her. Then the skin got red. I thought baby Acne was normal. But it got worst. Baby has drooling patches in the mouth area/cheek/below lips and upper lips. I used mustela dry cream today and testing it. . How about the body? Can anyone advise.
