Honestly, what you're describing sounds pretty normal, when you stop breastfeeding, your hormones need time to resettle, and the brown spotting before a proper flow is quite common as your body tries to kick-start again. My friend had a similar thing where it took almost two months after she stopped nursing before she got a real period, just spotting and light bleeding before that. Every pregnancy can reset your cycle differently too, so the fact that your first came back at 2 months PP doesn't mean this one will follow the same pattern. That said, if it drags on much longer with no proper flow, I'd still pop by your gynae just to rule things out, better to get peace of mind than to wait and wonder.
