How often do you give your kids chocolate?

Hi mummies, how often do you give your kids chocolate and biscuits with chocolate? Do you give them chocolate everyday? How much chocolate do you give at one time? My kids are 4 and 2. Everytime the older one eats chocolate my young one wants to eat too so I have no choice but to give him choc as well. And their grandmother likes to give them chocolate biscuits. Any answers will be appreciated!
