Lactation cookies while pregnant

Hi mummies! Just wondering, can I eat lactation cookies while pregnant? I’m 28 wks. This is my first pregnancy by the way. #1stimemom

I don’t know about lactation cookies but I am taking Calla Milk. You might wanna look it up. I am a first time mum here too. I am afraid that I won’t be able to breastfeed my baby due to family history. I am at 36 weeks now and all is well. I even starting to produce colostrum.
