Hi mummies who have no choice but to hire help since working full time n have 2 to handle. I have repeatedly told my helper not to carry my LO all the time. But she will always do it even when he is not crying. Am I paranoid or is there smth I can do to stop this habit?

Does she have a baby back home? Maybe she misses her baby? You can show her other ways of interacting and playing with your LO.
