Prenatal massage

Hi mummies, at which week did you go for your prenatal massage? And how was it ? Any recommendation of an affordable ones to try out? Thought of getting one when i turn 3rd trim but a little scared if it’ll induce preterm labor or leads to miscarriage 😣 altho i know they wont massage our belly area. #firsttimemom

I started in 2nd trimester and prenatal massages are really good. I took the babies and belies massages and they are really careful while doing the massage. Just get a go ahead from doctor and you should be fine
