Prenatal massage

Hi mummies, at which week did you go for your prenatal massage? And how was it ? Any recommendation of an affordable ones to try out? Thought of getting one when i turn 3rd trim but a little scared if it’ll induce preterm labor or leads to miscarriage 😣 altho i know they wont massage our belly area. #firsttimemom

I’ve went for 4-5 sessions already since week 16 at natureland. i did home messages too. don’t worry so much that won’t happen, the pressure is very gentle. the masseuses are more afraid you go into preterm labour than you.
