Hi mummies, at which day do we usually need to start our postnatal massage ? Exactly after back from home delivery or few days ? #FTM #firstbaby

I did PP Massage 2 days after I am home. Because it was weekend and my makcik urut has a client ahead. I took 7 days massage. For C Section advisable a week/two after that. Some makcik urut particular about wound area.
