Breast milk can be kept in fridge for up to 6 days so if you plan to feed baby in the next week just store in a bottle in the fridge. If you want to freeze for future use, definitely portion it out (around 100ml or more if you want to be frugal) and store in breastmilk bag.
U can. But milk bag will be more hygienic. Also advise you to store them separately. If you must store them together, you have to write down the earliest pump date and time even if u add newly pumped milk in.
Hi... nope. It is not advisable as breast milk portion should be store according to baby’s consumption pattern. BM could be spoiled by the constant freezing and de-freezing
Best is to separate into smaller portion as you wont have to thaw all and pour what you need then freezer back. That will also affect the freshness of your bm
You need to separate your ebm into small quantities so that you only thaw what baby will drink. So, BM bags are the best way to do this.
Milk storage bags would be a good and compact way to store breast milk in freezer, there are many brands with different price range
