Amniotic Fluid
Hi, any mummies was told @ wk 31 that amniotic fluid is at border line? borderline 6, mine was 6.1... anyone have any idea how to increase amniotic fluid?

mine was 9..started maintaining my hydration by drinking at least 8 glasses per day and taking lots of watermelon as it has lots of water contents and good for constipation. three weeks after, it increases to 14..
