Lactation consultation in TMC

Hi mummies! For those who have given birth in TMC, will there be a lactation consultant around to guide you on baby latching/breastfeeding? Or is it an additional service that you’ll have to request and pay for? TIA!

Hi mama! You’ll be glad to know that the lactation consultant will be around and you can call on one while you’re at the hospital. I believe they’re either on shifts while you’re there or they only operated during office hours but you can call ahead to check. - no harm asking and being prepared. Hope this helps!
