Hi mama! You’ll be glad to know that the lactation consultant will be around and you can call on one while you’re at the hospital. I believe they’re either on shifts while you’re there or they only operated during office hours but you can call ahead to check. - no harm asking and being prepared. Hope this helps!
Oh! And do ensure that you receive the hotline number for breastfeeding before discharge! If you need a breastfeeding support group, BMSG is available on WhatsApp, Facebook and phone :) Alternatively you can also seek the help of an LC on your own as there are quite a number now in Singapore!
