Vomiting and Did not have a proper meal

Hi mummies, is there any way to control vomiting? or eat something that it won’t throw up ? I can’t even eat my proper meal and fruits. Each time I eat i will throw up. My body is weak and i need some nutrients. This is my first time experience. My 1st and 2nd pregnancy was absolutely fine.
