Mummies when ur baby start solid?

Hey mummies. Can share when u all start solids for ur baby? Do u all get green lights from ur PD to start solid? Because I dont think my baby can really sit up very well. He just turn 6 months.. not sure if i shld start now

I partially took my PD advice and listened mostly to my baby! PD said can start when his head control and hand grabbing items were good at 5 months, but I felt he couldn't sit too well + interest in food was a bit only. I started around 6 months 1 week where he was about 90% ready, only left interest in food still a bit lacking because he will look but won't open his mouth. In 1-2 days after starting solids he actually started opening his mouth for food :)
