Hospital Bag

Hi Mummies! Can you share what’s inside your hospital bag with me? EDD in January (If I do naturally) in December (If I do C-section). This is my first pregnancy. So I need to understand what I should bring or not. My plan is to give birth in TMC. Anyway, you can share your experience too. Thank you so much!

Hi, I just had my C-sec in June. The list that someone posted in her reply to your post was what I had referred to as well and was very useful! Good to have your own binder if you have it. Otherwise, the hospital will provide you with one after your C-sec. It's super useful in reducing the pain as it holds the area in place. I bought mine (P'Feather brand) from the hospital shop. I heard from someone who also delivered at TMC tht's the brand the hospital provided her too but she was charged more for it. Not sure how true that is though.

Yes, it is sold at the shop at TMC. You probably can try getting online too. A binder definitely helps to make the wound less painful.
