Binder and socks

Hi mummies, is it required to wear compression socks and binder for natural birth? Would you buy from hospital or recommend to get it elsewhere prior to admission? Any recommendations? :)

I only wore the compression socks when I was admitted. Had to bed rest cos I had a premature leaking of my waterbag and they made me wear it and ordered for me from the pharmacy. Did not wear it after birth only normal socks. I also didn't wear any binder until I did my post natal massage. Same with my previous births too.

Hospital made me wear the compression socks when I was admitted at 25 weeks for gastro issue. It was troublesome and tbh didn't help much. After giving birth, I wore this brand called, Aulora - the socks and tights. It was hella expensive but it helps me. I was skeptical too at first but gave it a try and it works.
