Here's a great party planning guide: http://sg.theasianparent.com/baby-full-month-party-planning/ It is a tradition to give or offer red eggs, ang ku kueh (red tortoise/turtle cake) to relatives and friends. In recent years, cupcakes seemed like a popular item as well. Hope you find the article useful. :)
My friend recently ordered from Lulu's for their celebratory boxes (http://www.lulus.com.sg/our-packages/baby-full-month-packages/), and their catering was with Neogarden catering (http://www.neogarden.com.sg/promotions/index.html). Neogarden is currently having a promotion for their baby full month package.
Got my celebratory box from Papamama (http://papamama.sg/), catered my food from Ronnie Kitchen (http://www.ronniekitchen.com.sg/) & decorations from Kidz Party Store (http://www.kidzpartystore.com/birthday-balloon-package-p-365.html)

Neo garden is a safer choice . For Cake I'm using papamama . I have received good comments from relatives on the cake . Freshly make and the cake is soft and spongy .
Neogarden - good food. We held ours at Singapore Swimming club.
