Itchy Private part

Hi mummies , my private part area itchy and I'm not sure why as now i'm 6 week pregnant.. No smell at all just that irritating itch.. I use coconut oil the itch go away , I need any recomman cream for down there to use at night 😅.. Any mummies experience it
