Is my baby having diarrhea?

Hi mummies, is this poop normal or is my baby having diarrhea? He is exclusively feeding on breastmilk. Is it common for baby to poop 3 times in a day? This 2 picture is taken in different time.

The colour and consistency looks a bit off to me. My breastfed baby's poo will have lumpy bits but yours is completely water. Maybe diarrhoea.
