hi mummies, is this poop normal for a 3-4 months old baby? and the second picture is this smalllll little red dot. it’s just that small red dot in her poop, is it blood?

Blood in baby's stool at this age isn't considered normal, so it's worth taking seriously rather than waiting to see, though as long as your baby is alert and acting her usual self, try not to panic too much. Someone in my mum group mentioned that for breastfed babies, it can sometimes be a reaction to something the mother ate, so if you're EBF it might be worth thinking back on what you had recently, but it could also be something like a small anal fissure from straining, which is more straightforward to deal with. Either way, the range of possible causes means it's really better to get a doctor to take a proper look rather than guess, so I'd bring her in soon just to be sure.
