About Travelling During Pregnancy

Hi mummies, please share some experience about travelling to nearby places like batam, Thailand and Taiwan. How you guys get food that is suitable for u? I was planning to go maybe Thailand or Taiwan for a short trip. Was wondering what foods can I consume there? As u all know mostly street food. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

I went Thailand (Chiang Mai) about 1 mth ago and now on Taiwan (24 wks). Quite alright with food and walking around, free and easy trip. I guess just eat everything in moderation? Trial and error. Avoid foods that you'd avoid usually anyway, like raw and semi cooked food. Actually I rode on an elephant ride in Chiang Mai. It was rather bumpy, but still alright.

For Thailand, I avoided street foods when I went there during preg.. As for Taiwan, if it is those cooked street food I consume but I also will see the hygiene of the stalls etc.. Hope this helps! :)
