Hi mummies, Is it OK if we drink cold water frequently? How abt Mr coconut shake?

In moderation.. I will leave it outside for a while before drinking so it is not too cold.. Coconut water can drink in 3rd trimester but not sure if mr coconut is ok. Have to see what coconut they uses..
