Postpartum cold drinks?

It's up to you, western meds don't really restrict diet, it's confinement rules that don't allow cold stuff.

I was told to delay any cold drink as possible as I can so I resume back about 8 weeks time later delivery

I was told by my mil that I’m only allowed to drink after confinement @.@

I was not allowed for nearly 6-8 weeks

I had it 20 days of my baby born
