Is this a sign of labour?

Hi mummies, need help.. I'm currently week 37 day 2 now. After i pass urine, i realize that after i wipe there was a blood stain but i dont have any contractions pain.. Is this something that i need to monitor or do i have to be kiasu to go to labour ward?
