severe vomitting

Hello Mummies and Mummies-to-be, I'm exactly 12weeks 5days pregnant, I've been severely vomitting everyday, anytime. Body has been rejecting food and water. Should I worry if my baby isn't having enough intake? Should i go to the hospital?
