Baby Seem Constipated?

Hi mummies, my little one is 1 month old. Mix feed (BM n Fm). Currently on similac total comfort..she seem to have alot of air n cry /use force to let out air. And for poo she seem to be in pain trying to poo out but eventually did and she is happy again. Would you know if this is due to: 1) mix feed 2) Fm problem so need to change? 3)bm problem Coz I'm drink too much red date tea? 4)colic?

Hi, you'll have to trial and error all of the above you mentioned. Every baby is different. There are methods to help baby poo better, e.g. bicycle legs in the air, but as for what type of milk baby can take, there is no hard and fast rule.

Don’t apply ruyi oil. A lot of babies nowadays are allergy to it. Like my girl, we didn’t know. End up took a few months to recover from the bad rash from ruyi oil.

Maybe u wan to apply yu yee oil on her stomach to aid her to pass out gas?

Can try apply ru yi oil mix with powder to mild down
