I use biohome delicate detergent. What i did was just make it wet rub it with detergent leave it aside for 30 min. Rub it and stain will be removed. If very stubborn one after rubbing won't come off i will soak it with detergent again and put it aside.
Somehow i used dettol handwash directly on the stain and rub it (without water), and then rinse it off with water and it worked. Dont know abt other soaps etc cus thats the only one i tried and worked so i stick to it.
I use Marseille soap for everything: poop stain, paint, ... my kids call it magic soap.
I handwash and scrub with soap first, then also use the stain remover during the machine wash
I removed Poop stain on cloth diapers by soaking it under hot sun, best natural remover
