I was in your shoes but things got better in my second trimester. Try hot water with a little bit of ginger or ginger tea. Try out different things to see what helps you. Sweet drinks helped me overcome my nausea. You will get pass this! Jiayou

Have a try at Yogurt. It helped me to decrease my nausea after vomit. Hope it helps. Or you can try lemon water.

Gynae prescribe me diclectin. I took them and they are safe for pregnancy. It helps with the vomiting.
