Delivery Costs

Hi Mummies! I'm under Dr Beh and not sure which hospital I should deliver at. Are there any recommendations and could I also check if the delivery costs could be paid in instalments or only full payment? As my husband is the only one working now, I'm kind of worried of the hefty bill.
