Pregnancy

23 weeks diarrhoea

Hi mummies! I’m a FTM & recently, i’ve been having diarrhoea probably like 2-3 times a day for 2 days already (usually in the morning). Is it normal or is it because of the food I eat/eat too much? #pleasehelp

Baking my baby bean

A lot of mums have constipation and for me, I had looser bowels during pregnancy. I was eating as per normal but somehow had to go a couple of times a day. I think 2-3 times a day is ok. If it’s way more and u start feeling dehydrated or weak, then maybe speak to your doc about it.
