Hey mama, It is normal to feel like this post pregnancy. And it does take some time to get back into the swing of things so do be patient and gentle with yourself okay 😊 I generally found that taking really nutritious foods like fish, lean meats, green veggies and eating all colours of the rainbow helped me postpartum with energy levels. I loved eating foods rich in antioxidants. I also remember taking the Blackmores pregnancy and breastfeeding vitamins so I don’t know if that might help? Gradually easing yourself into exercise also helps with keeping energy levels up. Hope this helps mama! Slow and steady ya?
