Vaginal cramps

Hi mummies. Im currently 19 weeks and I am feeling some cramps at the vaginal area. Is it normal? #1stimemom very worried about this. Sometimes I do have cramps at my tummy too.

Hi mama, Cramping is perfectly normal as long as you’re not experiencing bleeding as you would when you have your period (or if you can soak 2 pads one after another). For peace of mind, do arrange to see your gynae just to check if everything’s okay too :)

thank you dear. So far no bleeding. Im under subsidized at NUH hence my next gynae appt is 22nd Sep. 🥺. But thank you. Just a little worried abt the vaginal and tummy crampings
