Hard to poop

Hi all mummies! I'm currently 15 weeks pregnancy but having a hard time to poop. Did anyone encounter that and how to improve? Thanks a million. ?

I had tis moment too I CRIED while I was in the loo & my hubby told me to drink lots of water & it was an success not so easy but dun have to FORCE
