Trapped wind & brown discharge

Hi mummies! Im at 9 weeks now and noticed i have intermittent brown discharge but currently on Duphaston. Should i still see my gynae? My next check up will be 2 days later. Also i think i may have trapped wind in my tummy cos ive been releasing gas alot these 2 days. So its kinda hurt when i hold it. Should i get it checked too? Any mummies experienced this as well?
