Obimin multivitamins

Hi mummies im 14 week plus pregnant and i throw up taking the obimin from kkh. Should i stop ? I feel that its the cause of my vomiting. I take for 4days only. Next appt will be 8 oct. What should i do ?

my nausea was so bad I stop taking pills. my gynae recommended me materna milk. every morning I drink it. so far so good
