Lump on armpit

Hi mummies, Im 13 weeks pregnant, and i have a hard lump on my right armpit. When i press it, its quite painful. Is this normal? Any advice please.

Id a third nipple that had developed during pregnancy, this may show when there are increased hormonal levels.
