Pump and DL

Hi mummies. I wanna know if I pump by 8.30pm and baby feeding by 10.30pm. Do I have enough supply? Cause my breast feels tender and I’m not sure if the breast is producing enough?

It depends. If your breast feels soft, there’s little milk. Maybe you should increase the interval between pumping and direct latching
